Open Houses at ODU give you behind-the-scenes access to our professors, our students and our space so you can decide if life and learning here feels right for you.

Events may vary slightly at some Open Houses but a detailed itinerary is provided via email confirmation prior to the event.

Check-In

Welcome to ODU. Our staff will confirm your reservation and provide you with information that will prepare you for the day.

Student Resources Fair

During this time, you may talk with representatives from Housing, Financial Aid, Student Services and more.

ODU Overview

Staff provide an introduction to ODU and highlight important admissions information.

Student Panel

Current ODU students take the stage to answer audience questions and give you an inside look at life as a Monarch.

Academic Presentations

Attend information sessions with one of our six academic colleges. A presentation for undecided majors is also available.

Afternoon Campus Tours

Student tour guides will lead tours around campus, including a visit to one residence hall.
