ODU-AccessEU European Union Simulation Conference Information & Registration
How will the world's dominant regional organization deal with some of its greatest challenges? This event simulates a meeting of the Council of the European Union, consisting of the Foreign Ministers and State Secretaries of all 27 EU Member countries. The Council normally is chaired by the rotating presidency . In the ODU-AccessEU European Union Simulation, the chair is the EU President, portrayed by ODU student, Steve Bunting.

All expenses for the event are covered by the European Union. A maximum of two delegates can represent a country. Every country must be represented by a Foreign Minister; a second delegate represents the country's EU Ambassador. Schools may represent multiple countries. Faculty sponsors are free. Registration includes materials, lunch and parking. The registration deadline is Friday, November 15. Position and country assignments will be sent by email to the primary faculty sponsor provided on the online registration form.
