New Cook Books for the Fall

 Fall weather usually brings out a new series of cook books and the University Village Bookstore has just received some great new titles:

" Cooking Off the Clock: Recipes from My Downtime " by Elizabeth Falkner.  Alton Brown, host of Food Network notes "...her culinary voice is ..strong, fresh, and original...this is a book you'll actually cook from."

" Street Food " by Susan Feniger where all of the focus is on food and the authors search of interesting cuisine.

" In The Kitchen with David "  by David Venable.  The author is the osst of TV show QVC's Comfort Foods.

" Crazy God Italian " by Mike Isabella. Isabella..." is a talented chef--his new cookbook will serve as a bible for those looking to up their game in the kitchen, or merely learn the ways our good ol' Italian nonnas did it."""--Giada De Laurentiis

" Bouchon Bakery " by Thomas Keller.  This coffee table size book is all about the goodies from the bakery.

These cookbooks and more are now available at the Village Bookstore.
