OCCS System Maintenance
OCCS System Maintenance will be conducted Saturday, March 9 through Sunday, March 10, 2013.
Specific services that will be impacted include:
Saturday, March 9 to Sunday, March 10
Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. Saturday, March 9 through 9:00 p.m. Sunday, March 10
Access to the following system will be unavailable:
- Insight
Sunday, March 10
Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Faculty/Staff Printing
- MFD Printing
- Student Printing
Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Sharepoint
- Faculty/Staff Email
Between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Inquisite
- Perception
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Madison Digital Imaging Database
- IT Knowledge Database
- GIS
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
- Network access in all ODU campus buildings and remote sites will experience a brief network connection outage. This service disruption will be less than 5 minutes; if you experience a connectivity issue please wait a few minutes and then reconnect.
The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted.
Please note: To maintain optimal performance, OCCS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
