Student Employee Records

<p> Student employed by the University fall under the category of Wage Employees.&nbsp; As such their records should be retained for five years after last action in accordance with General Schedule 103, Series 100486.&nbsp; Departments can complete an RM-3 (available at http://www.odu.edu/about/compliance/records/destruction-of-public-records) and send to Bruce White (blwhite@odu.edu.)&nbsp; Once approved for destruction the records must be shredded.</p> <p> More information about records retention can be found at https://www.odu.edu/about/compliance/records.</p>
