Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAFs) for Graduate Assistants
<p> The use of the Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF) has been expanded to include Graduate Research Assistant (RA) and Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA).</p> <p> Effective <strong>August 25, 2014</strong>; the EPAF process will replace the paper E1SG form for the following actions:</p> <ul> <li> Rehire a graduate in a new position</li> <li> Rehire a graduate in the same position</li> <li> Pay (Stipend) change</li> <li> Termination of job record</li> <li> Termination of employee</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Join us for Training on Tuesdays, August 5 & August 12 at BAL, Room 1013 B.</strong></p> <ul> <li> <strong>8:30-9:00 am: EPAF Overview for New Users & Inquirers</strong></li> <li> <strong>9:00-11:30 am : Hands on training with HR & Payroll Staff</strong></li> </ul> <p> Bring your paperwork to key your graduate assistants.
