Laboratory Safety Training
<p> <strong>ATTENTION!</strong> The Environmental Health and Safety Office will be presenting Laboratory Safety Training for all employees and volunteers who work in laboratories where hazardous chemicals are used or stored. It is a requirement of Virginia Occupational Safety and Health that you attend this one-time training. If you have not attended in the last calendar year, it will be necessary to attend again due to regulatory changes related to labels and safety data sheets. It is the responsibility of each Laboratory Principal Investigator (Lab Supervisor) to ensure that their staff, graduate students, and volunteers attend this training.
