Admission is $15 for adults and $5 for students.</p> <p> <strong><em>“Where the Music Comes From: what motivates us to sing?”</em></strong> features contemporary classical and cross-over songs from the 20th and 21st centuries by composers such as Heggie, Bernstein, Hoiby, R.I Gordon, Barber, Weill, Cipullo and Pasatieri. Many of these songs are hysterically funny! They exam the personality of the singer often poking fun at the artistic nature of all performers. Some of Hampton Roads finest, professional singers will bring you to tears of laughter and sometimes sorrow as they share their lives with you. This is a most unusual recital, not to be missed!</p> <p> Go to our website (cantabileproject.org) for complete information.</p>
