The Department of Procurement Services’ Property Control Office will conduct a Set Sale of Surplus office furniture on Wednesday, Jan. 30, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., or until last item is sold, whichever occurs first. The sale will be open to faculty, staff, students, and the general public.

The limited amount of surplus office furniture includes items such as: Desks, 72” x 36” (mahogany finish with black top) - $75.00; Desks, 48” x 36” (mahogany finish with black top) - $60.00; Stand-alone Return for the Desks, 30” x 48” (mahogany finish with black top) - $50.00; File Cabinet, Rolling Pedestal Type (mahogany finish) - $60.00; Office Chair, Rolling w/o Arms (blue fabric) - $30.00. (ATTACHED PHOTO IS A SAMPLE OF ITEMS FOR OFFER). Several other additional surplus furniture items will be offered as well, priced from $20.00 and up. Due to the limited quantity offered, all furniture will also be sold on a ‘first come, first serve basis’. There will be a maximum limit of two pieces (complete units) of furniture per customer. 

Payment must be made at the time the customer selects the furniture. THE PICK UP TIME FRAME FOR ALL SOLD FURNITURE WILL BEGIN ON SALE DAY FROM 3:30 P.M. – 4:30 P.M. AND AGAIN FROM 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. ON THURSDAY, JAN. 31 - NO EXCEPTIONS. No sale previews will be allowed. The sale location is at ODU's Property Control Warehouse in the Facilities Management Building, 4401 Powhatan Avenue. Parking is available in Lot 43. CASH ONLY. EXACT CHANGE PLEASE.
