FREE Weight Loss Program for Students

Are you ready to begin the journey to a healthier "you"? Have you tried to lose weight in the past, but lacked the motivation and quit trying? Join Student Health Services' weight management program, "Drop It Like It's Hott...the Healthy "Weigh"" . This year the program will be led by ODU's very own Registered Dietician, Angie Sutphin, R.D. and facilitated by Kim Cholewinski Carr, SHS Health Promotion! The structure of the program is setup to include a weekly healthy-weight workshop and weigh-in (confidential). The program will begin Thursday, February 21st from 12:30-1:30pm in the Health Sciences Building, Room 2000. The program will run for 6 weeks and conclude with a "Healthy Celebration" on Friday, 4/5/13.
