  • Erin L. Jordan is currently Assistant Professor of History at the University of Northern Colorado. Her research to date has focused on various aspects of religious patronage. She has published several articles exploring monastic orders and their patrons in northern European during the thirteenth century. Her current project explores Cistercian nunneries in Flanders and Hainaut during the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries. Praise for Women, Power, and Religious Patronage in the Middle Ages.
