from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland; and a Master of Science in Nursing from The Catholic University
of America in Washington, D.C. In April 2002, I was awarded the Doctor of Education degree with a specialization in Health
Care Education from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Research Interests
- I am engaged in educational research that examines instructional strategies to improve nursing practice, most notably through
the use experiential learning. In addition, I conduct research related to managment of urinary incontinence.
