- I taught 5th, 6th, and 7th grades for five years in the South Carolina Public School System. I came to ODU in 1992 and received
tenure and promotion in 1996. I was awarded the title of Eminent Scholar in 2002. Presently, I am teaching online courses
e.g., Classroom Management, Instructional Design, and Middle School Education) for the MCTP.
