and received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri,Rolla in 1983 and 1987 respectively.

- Dr.Unal's research interests include Multidisciplinary Design Optimization, Robust Design, Quality Engineering, Response Surface
Methods, and Parametric Cost Estimating. He has published in the Engineering Management Journal, IEEE Transactions in Engineering

of Parametrics and in the Journal of Spacecraft and Rockets.
