- Dr. Hall began her career in public education in 1997 teaching second grade in Washington, D.C. Public Schools. She has taught various grade levels throughout her career and has served as support staff for reading instruction and gifted education. Dr. Hall also spent four years as a curriculum specialist for Virginia Department of Education’s Project PROMISE, a Javits grant program focused on underrepresented populations in gifted education programs in Martinsville County and Greensville County school districts. Additionally, she has held administrative positions with gifted education and International Baccalaureate programs.
