William Boll graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Physics. He then completed his M.S. in Physical Oceanography while also obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Modeling and Simulation Engineering at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va. William's thesis involved analyzing observed Doppler shifted internal waves generated by tidal interactions with local bathymetry in a shallow water region off the coast of New Jersey.
