Patrick Ball, husband of VMASC staffer D'An Knowles Ball, and Julia Stein, daughter of ODU grant writer Jackie Stein, portray ODU oceanographer Fred Dobbs and Enzo in "Enzo Murray: Science Reporter."

Theatre arts faculty member Jenifer Alonzo not only wrote the play "Enzo Murray: Science Reporter," but also sewed a costume for the featured "bad bug."

A simulation allowed children such as Austin Wells to be "magically transported" to a research camp in the Arctic. He is the son of Shannon Wells, a postdoctoral researcher in oceanography.

Ailish Riggs Dermody and Patrick Ball, both professional actors, portray ODU oceanographer Victoria Hill and the dog Tuk in "Tuk in the Arctic." Dermody is an adjunct professor at ODU.
