Continuing ODU Students

We are glad that you are interested in on-campus housing at Old Dominion University. Over the past few years, the demand for on-campus housing has steadily increased to outweight the space available. Current ODU students who do not live on campus are not eligible for the Return Housing process. After the May 15, 2013 cancellation date for the Return Housing process, a determination will be made based upon occupancy to decide if a waitlist will open for off-campus student to apply for cancellation spaces.
