The Nusbaum Apartments consist of three buildings containing 20 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments, housing a total of approximately 42 residents. They are located on the east side of campus near the Gresham Complex.

Each apartment is designed with a living and dining area, a full kitchen and one bathroom. The apartments are fully furnished with single beds, desks, chests of drawers, a dining table with chairs, a couch, a wing chair, coffee and end tables, trash cans, blinds, and a lamp. A laundry facility is located at one apartment building within the complex.

Residents living in Nusbaum Apartments are not required to be on a meal plan. If you would like to purchase a meal plan, visit Dining Services' website for an explanation of all meal plans.

Students living in this complex have a 10-Month Agreement Period from August 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013. This residential complex is open over break periods (Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks). Nusbaum is traditionally occupied by junior level upperclassmen students and above; however, due to occupancy needs, other students may be assigned by H&RL to this residence.

Agreement Periods for 2013-1014 are August 18, 2013 through May 10, 2014 and will remain open for Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks.
