- Dr. Robert Aponte (Indiana University,Purdue University at Indianapolis) will discuss the Latinization of America , and Mr. Edgar Aranda- Yanoc (Virginia Coalition of Latino Organizations), will describe the success of grassroots efforts to prevent anti-immigrant legislation in Virginia as well as the on-going Deferred Action process and the need to reform immigration in a just and humane way.
