- The Spring New Organization Fair will be held in Webb Center on Thursday, January 23, 2014 from 11:00am until 2:00pm. This fair will feature those organizations that are brand new to campus and will be a great opportunity for the campus to learn all about these newly-established groups! To reserve a table, please complete the registration form online via Monarch Link. Organizations will be provided a six-foot table and two chairs. Please remember that all fundraising activities held during the fair must be approved in advance through the Office of Leadership and Student Involvement.
