CSA @ ODU Subscriptions Available!
Now accepting CSA @ ODU Summer Season Subscriptions!
What is a CSA? CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It is a program that is designed to support small farmers and bring seasonal fresh produce to the community’s table. A group of individuals pledge their support by purchasing a CSA subscription that provides them with seasonal local produce.
How does CSA @ ODU Work? CSA @ ODU allows ODU and its local community to connect with the CSA program at 5pts Farm Market ON CAMPUS. Every Friday, 5Pts will deliver ODU subscriptions to the Webb Center and from 4pm to 6pm, Aramark will host a social in the Webb Center where subscribers can pick up their produce, get recipe suggestions, and mingle others who are interested in sustainable food. Most socials will also feature free appetizers and beverages provided by a sponsor and may have special features like chef demonstrations.
