Sophomore Year Advice and Tips from Upperclassmen

Sophomore Spotlight1

Jesse Carter

Major: Public Health

Hometown: Norfolk, VA

Keys to success: My handy dandy agenda! To add to that, I'd say time management is a necessary skill for being successful. I did happen to work two part-time jobs, go to school full time, and was an Executive Board member for APASU (and as a commuter, on top of that) during my sophomore year so I definitely know how to juggle my time! Oh, and visiting the comfort room in Counseling Services for the massage chair from time to time didn't hurt!

Why I love ODU: The friends I've made here are definitely ones I'll keep for life.

Sophomore Spotlight3
