Located on 49th Street, Gresham Complex was built in 1966 and consists of Gresham Main and Gresham East. Gresham Main is an H-shaped building with three floors housing 288 residents in same-sex suite accommodations, on coed floors. Gresham East is a three-story building located beside Gresham Main and houses 135 residents. Located within Gresham are study lounges and laundry rooms. Each room accommodates two residents and is fully furnished with beds, desks, chairs, dressers, trash and recycle cans, and sink vanity.
Residents living in Gresham Main or Gresham East are required to be on a meal plan. Please visit Dining Services' website for an explanation of all meal plans.
Gresham is also home to three Living-Learning Communities (the Engineering Community, the Health Professions Community, and the WiSE - Women in Science and Engineering - Community). To further support these Living-Learning Communities, residents in Gresham have access to a Community Learning Center, located in Gresham Main, which is fully equipped with technology to ensure students' academic success!

Rates & Housing Period 2013-2014
Students living in this residence hall have an Academic-Year Agreement Period from August 23, 2013 through May 10, 2014. Gresham Complex closes over break periods, including: Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring breaks. Students will need to make alternate housing arrangements during this time. Gresham is traditionally occupied by freshmen students; however, due to occupancy needs, upperclassmen students may be assigned by HRL to this residence hall.
