  • Your name
  • Your MIDAS ID (ex: jsmith or jsmit001)

and send it to webcomm@odu.edu. Please see the photo guidelines at right.

Photo additions and changes are typically processed within three business days.

Name

Your name is populated from the "Preferred WEB Long Name" field under "Personal and Contact Information" in the Faculty Activity System (FAS). Faculty members are responsible for updating their own information in FAS.

Changes made in FAS by 4:30 p.m. should be visible in the online directory after two business days.

Web Page Link

The Web Page button appears if you have entered a Website URL in the Faculty Activity System (FAS) under "Personal and Contact Information." Only the first website URL will be available through the directory system. Faculty members are responsible for updating their own information in FAS.
