Office ofAcademic Continuance

Academic Performance

Students Participating In Class

Students are responsible for maintaining academic standards while studying at Old Dominion University.

Grade Forgiveness

Students Taking a Test

Undergraduate students have the opportunity to improve their grade point average by repeating a previously taken course.

Academic Continuance is designed to assist students who are facing academic difficulty. At the end of each semester--fall, spring and summer--the Office of Continuance reviews the records of all the students who do not maintain a 2.0 grade point average (GPA).
