- Psychological wellness doesnâ€™t just start in your head. Wellness requires your thoughts, feelings, and actions to be in balance. Stress occurs when something is out of balance. This program will teach and show participants how to engage their senses (smell, touch, sight, taste, sound, and movement) to help restore the balance.
