PAPERS is Old Dominion University's online recruitment, position management and performance management system. This system integrates several key Human Resource processes (vacancy posting, applicant tracking, hiring proposal submission, position establishment, position redefinition/update and employee performance evaluation) into a robust and comprehensive suite.
