Thirty-one Navy, Army and Marine Corps ROTC students from four universities (Old Dominion, Hampton, Norfolk State and Regent) became officers at ODU's annual Spring Commissioning Ceremony. The event, which features new Army and Marine Corps 2nd lieutenants and Navy ensigns giving their first salute, was held in Chartway Arena at the Ted Constant Convocation Center as part of ODU's commencement activities.
