Aletha Russell with She’s Steamy
Aletha Russell is the founder of She's Steamy, a body care line that is focused on making products for your skin that are natural enough to eat. Her motto is "If it can't go in your body, it shouldn't go on your body." From a young age, Russell gained an interest in the benefits of eating healthy and using healing herbs. Now she enjoys educating others about living healthy and fitness and considers herself a humanitarian. Russell currently works with the Newport News Chief of Police Office, and in her spare time she advocates for the homeless in the community. Before starting She's Steamy, Aletha and her husband used recycled items to make jewelry. She's Steamy currently offers bath salts, foot soak salts, edible lip sugar scrubs, body oils, and body butters. Russell hopes to expand to lingerie and soap.

Mr. Williams is rooted in the Newport News community, as him and his wife have raised three Warwick High School graduates. Mr. Williams is passionate about making a difference in his community and the lives of others. With 16 years of experience as an assistant controller at a local university and over 20 years of experience in the field of accounting, he is committed to building a business that will serve well.

Cindy Earl is the founder of Proof Please, a boutique private investigation firm that investigates and advocates for the prosecution of elder abuse cases in Virginia. She helps older adults and their families by protecting their independence and seeking justice by way of proof — proof of neglect, financial exploitation, and physical, sexual, or emotional abuse. Her dedication to uncovering the facts is rooted in an effort to enhance the quality of life for older adults, and to support them and their caregivers.
