Dr. Mohan Yang is an assistant professor of the Workforce and Organizational Development program. He joined ODU immediately after he graduated from the Learning Design and Technology program at Purdue University. He is the past president of the Organizational Training and Performance Division of Associations for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT). He is currently the editor of the Journal of Applied Instructional Design.
