Dr. Ellen Davenport (Cohort 5), Assistant Vice Chancellor for Governmental Relations at the Virginia Community College System, received the Dana B. Hamel Award, the VCCS's highest award, for her work on Opportunity 2027, the VCCS six-year strategic plan.
