Dr. Deborah C. Gray, DNP, MSc, FNP-C, ANP-BC, FAANP is Associate Graduate Director for MSN/DNP Programs and Clinical Associate Professor at Old Dominion University, where she developed courses on innovative models of care, inspiring NP entrepreneurship and telehealth. Additionally, she is an Entrepreneurial Fellow at Old Dominion University, and a Health Care Business Owner, and Consultant for start-up NP-owned businesses. She has taught, presented, and published her work nationally and internationally on various clinical and educational topics, including Nursing Entrepreneurship, Telehealth, Global Advanced Practice Nursing, Integrative and Alternative Care, and NCDs, specifically the management of hypertension internationally. Dr. Gray is Deputy Director of the International Council of Nurses NP/APNN Global Academy of Research and Enterprise based in Geneva, and served as Co-Chair of the ICN NP/APNN Research Subgroup. She is on the steering committees for the AANP International Ambassador Program, as well the United Nations Foundation and other Global initiatives. She was selected as a U.S. Fulbright Core Scholar in Africa for 2018-2019. Her project Fulbright project, Expanding Global Nursing Education, Collaboration, and Access to Care, was a collaborative project at the University of Botswana in the Nursing programs with the World Health Organization Center for Nursing and Midwifery for Sub-Saharan Africa that developed telehealth and web-based distance learning that increased educational outreach, access, and healthcare capacity in Botswana and several countries throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. She also completed a separate Regional Fulbright Grant working in Ghana on expanding nursing education, and consulted with several countries including Eswatini, Kenya, and Tanzania in developing the advanced practice nursing role to increase nursing workforce capacity in community and primary care. She is the Virginia Representative to American Association of Nurse Practitioners and was inducted in 2018 as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Jessica Suedbeck, RDH, MSDH is the Director of Clinical Affairs and an Assistant Professor in the School of Dental Hygiene at Old Dominion University. She completed her BS in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech and then continued her education at Old Dominion University where she received her BS and MS degrees in Dental Hygiene. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences part-time to further her research in workplace safety and ergonomics for dental hygienists. She currently resides with her fiancé and two sons in Chesapeake, Virginia.
