Web Time Entry:Access & Security
Web Time Entry is available through Leo Online. All employees have access to Leo Online using their MIDAS credentials. Supervisors and proxies approving time worked or leave taken for their employees require additional security. Information about security access is sent to supervisors if they do not have the appropriate access.
New Supervisors or New Proxies
New supervisors/proxies must complete an Account Request in MIDAS. You can request Web Time Entry access under the Banner Human Resources tab. You must indicate all budget codes and employee types before you can act as an Approver in WTE. MIDAS submits the request to Human Resources, who will approve access and route the form to ITS for their action.
Supervisors who do not have the proper security access jeopardize their employees' access to WTE and this could result in employees not being paid timely.
