The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) is contracted with Old Dominion University to help administer the licensing program on a national basis. CLC's main duty as the University's agent is to pre-screen all manufacturers desiring to produce goods bearing University marks.
CLC also provides the following services:
assists with special promotions
provides licensing information to potential licensees
executes the licensing agreement with licensees
notifies retailers about University merchandise and opportunities
searches for infringement violations
conducts on-site audits when deemed appropriate
