Second Annual Unity Fest to Celebrate Diversity April 20

Old Dominion University is celebrating its tradition of diversity and inclusion with the second annual Unity Fest on Thursday, April 20 from noon to 2 p.m. on Kaufman Mall.

Join faculty, staff and students for an afternoon celebration that will feature 10 interactive unity building stations, schoolyard games, a photo booth, board games and a performance of "Ice Cream and Cake" by Monarch Moment, featuring the Dynasty Dance Team, Big Blue and Ice Cream and Cake mob dance.

This year, 91 student organizations as well as Old Dominion University's Police Department; football team; and women's and men's basketball teams have partnered with the Office of Intercultural Relations to host the event.

Last year's Unity Fest included more than 2,000 participants. There is no rain date or site in the event of inclement weather.
