Flags at Half Mast to Honor Fallen Hanover County Fire & EMS Lieutenant

Flags at half-mast.

The U.S., Commonwealth of Virginia and Old Dominion University flags will be flown at half-staff from sunrise through sunset on Wednesday, Oct. 17 in respect and memory of Hanover County Fire & EMS Lieutenant Bradford Clark.

Clark was killed and three other firefighters were injured after troopers said their firetruck was rear-ended on Virginia highway I-295. Clark's death is one of five attributed to Tropical Storm Michael.
