Research funding is highly competitive, and faculty who strategically position themselves to be strong applicants will be more successful. This workshop will help you understand “program fit” and identify how applicants can demonstrate they have the background and experience needed to carry out grant projects. (You may find it helpful

 

to have a copy of your most recent cv or bio sketch on hand for your own reference). This workshop is developed and presented by Jackie Stein, Director of Research Development, (Office of Research and Economic Development). This workshop is designed specifically for new tenure-track faculty, but all are welcome.
