Virginia Workforce Connection
Executive Order 85 (2009) requires that all state agencies use the Virginia Workforce Connection website for the recruitment of jobs created by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) as well as all other jobs, regardless of the funding source.
