A special meeting of the Board of Visitors of Old Dominion University has been called by the Rector at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 for the purpose of announcing the Board's intention to conduct interviews with finalists for the position of president of the University at an undisclosed location within 15 days. The Board will also meet in closed session to discuss one other matter related to the search. The agenda is attached.
Pursuant to § 4-0.01(g) of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, the Committee will meet by electronic communication means, without any committee members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the Board of Visitors and the discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.
