Board of Visitors Governance Committee Meeting

The Governance Committee of the Old Dominion University Board of Visitors will meet on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, from 1:00-3:00 PM - Noon. The agenda is attached.
Pursuant to § 4-0.01(g) of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, the Committee will meet by electronic communication means, without a quorum and without any committee members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the Board of Visitors and the discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.

Anyone wishing to make public comment related to the agenda may do so by registering in advance with Donna Meeks, Executive Secretary to the Board of Visitors, at dmeeks@odu.edu by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 Public comments will be limited to three minutes per person and those registering must be in attendance at the time the meeting is called to order at 1:00 p.m.
