President Brian O. Hemphill, Ph.D., and First Lady Marisela Rosas Hemphill, Ph.D., are embarking on a weeklong Monarch Nation Tour across Virginia, making stops in cities throughout the commonwealth to connect with Old Dominion University alumni, friends, students and their families.
Dr. Hemphill promises to usher in a new presidential era at Old Dominion University with momentum, vigor and vision.
