Certificate applicants enroll as Non-Degree Graduate Students thru the Office of Graduate Admissions. Please visit the Office of Graduate Admissions website. Applicants may also simultaneously apply to the Graduate Certificate program and the Master of Public Administration, or the Master of Business Administration.
