Take charge of your ODU experience!
Every semester, you're taking classes that help you to learn the fundamentals of your major. While you're focusing on learning all of this content, who's focusing on helping you figure out what it all means for YOU and your goals?
LeADERS allows you to get the most out of your time at ODU and prepare you for life after graduation. First, we help you to find and complete high-impact courses and experiences that explore areas related to Leadership, Applied Work-Based Learning, Diversity, Entrepreneurship, Research, and Service Learning. Then, we guide you in taking these experiences one step further and personalize them to your goals after graduation. As a LeADERS graduate, you'll leave ODU with a comprehensive ePortfolio that showcases your emerging professional identity, highlights key skills and experiences, and showcases your accomplishments. Which means that you’ll be able to confidently tell interviewers exactly what you know, how you know it, and how your ODU education prepared you to be the best fit for that position.
It's our way of living up to our tagline: High Impact Learning for a High Impact Future. Become a Leader! Submit this Form to Join►
