We are excited to announce the Call for Proposals for the upcoming ODU Career Summit: Bridging the Skills Gap to be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, from 9:00AM-3:30PM in Webb Center. The ODU Career Summit is a one day mini-conference that allows recruiters and ODU faculty and staff to interact, learn, connect, and engage with one another. It is critical for higher education and the workforce to align as we prepare students for life after graduation through meaningful experiences both on campus and beyond. This conference addresses critical topics impacting college recruitment and career development and fosters engagement with the premier institution of the Hampton Roads area.
This year, we invite faculty, staff, and employer partners to submit session proposals that address the theme, “Bridging the Skills Gap”, collaborating to equip students with the competencies needed for success in their careers.
