Regina Karp, director of Old Dominion University's international studies program in the College of Arts & Letters, will serve as moderator for a NATO Festival virtual panel conversation.

"Stronger Together: Perspectives on Strengthening the Alliance" is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. March 31. The event, presented by the World Affairs Council of Greater Hampton Roads and the Norfolk NATO Festival, is free and open to the public. You can register at HERE or at www.hrwac.org.

  • Gen. James Mattis, U.S. Marine Corps (ret.), former Supreme Allied Commander Transformation and 26th U.S. Secretary of Defense.
