Created with tens of thousands of office-supply stickers and applied with care by Strome College of Business students, faculty and staff, a stunning work of art is now complete.
The lion artwork was completed over three days with the guidance of Strome College of Business artist-in-residence Noah Scalin. This collaborative project was designed to promote creativity and problem solving, allowing students to flex their creative muscles and apply these important skills to their business education.
The brightly colored stickers were applied using a system similar to paint-by-numbers, allowing students to take an active role in the creation of the piece without knowing exactly what the end result would be.
Moving forward, the piece will be sealed and will ultimately have a permanent home hanging Constant Hall.
