At Falling Creek, we exist to shepherd the journey of personal growth through love and adventure. Falling Creek is nestled into a mountaintop cove in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, where boys are unplugged and allowed to be themselves for ten idyllic weeks every summer. In addition to a focus on the personal growth of our campers, we also purposefully cultivate the culture of camp to be a rewarding experience for our staff. We provide competitive pay and professional development, while also intentionally facilitating the physical, mental, spiritual, and social growth of our counselors by nurturing both soft and hard skills.
