ODU Housing welcomes university guests and affiliates who will be engaged in university-related business during their stay (research, internship, visiting scholar/professor). Guest housing offers limited, furnished, apartment-style accommodations, year-round.
Campus Features
Located near Monarch Way, a 75-acre development, this area features shopping, restaurants, theaters, and recreation. In addition, you will be in close proximity to Chartway Arena, home to the ODU Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, a facility that hosts family-oriented events, concerts, and lectures.
Housing Accommodations
- Our guests live in fully furnished air-conditioned apartments. Utilities included.
- Each apartment has cable TV connections, and WI-FI enabled.
- Access to laundry facilities, a kitchenette with a microwave and stovetop, and 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance.
- Linen available, if requested - $10 per linen package per person (includes a pillow, one pillowcase, two flat sheets, comforter/blanket, two towels, and one washcloth).
