BENEFITS
Summer Tuition Assistance is available for eligible classified, hourly, faculty and administrative
& professional faculty employees who have completed one year of full-time service with
ODU at the time of application deadline. Part-time classified and wage/hourly employees
must have completed three years of continuous service with ODU at the time of
application deadline. Dependents/Spouses are not eligible for tuition assistance
during the summer.
- Please visit the ODU website at the link below to access and complete the online tuition
assistance application before the May 1, 2021 deadline.
- Once you click the submit button your application will be automatically sent to Human Resources
for consideration and review. Participants must be registered for the indicated course(s)
before submitting an online tuition application.
- The salary income cap for tuition assistance is $89,000. Your application will not be considered
if your annual salary exceeds this amount. Participants taking classes at other institutions must
submit a copy of their course registration from that institution for consideration and review.
- Classified Employees: Allowed 3 credit hours
- Instructional & Administrative Faculty: Allowed 3 credit hours
- Part-time & Wage/Hourly: Allowed 3 credit hours
